Cargo scanners?

Hey pilots. I just bought a scanner. Tell me, How does it work?

Will it scan any ship automatically at a certain distance for a certain time?

Will it give options tracting in anything or will it tract to cargo automatically?

"Yes, a scanner works automatically and depending on which one you bought the distance from you to the ship varies on when you can see what's in the ships cargo haul including capital ships"

1. A class1 Scanner will scan any targeted ship or cargo at a 1km distance as long as it is targeted!
A class2, 2km
A class3, 3km
A class4, 4km
A class5, 5km

2. The scanner will tell you what the cargo is once you are in the scanners range and then you can decide once you get in tractor range if you want the cargo or not. Tractor range is 0-100 meters!...

Also see my previous post!....^^^

It will not haul automatically.
You have to use your tractor/mining beam to haul any cargo.
You can not get the cargo of other ships without destroying them first!

The scanner only tells you what is in their cargo and nothing else!
