Hi.
Can you tell me all the ways in which I can increase my military rank?
The only way that I found until now is doing contract in Talison Conflict, but from what I've seen,I get only 1 point of military reputation per contract,no matter what type of contract is.
Is that the only way?Seems too slow.
One more question, what are the rest of the war zones except Talison and Siera ? This are the only ones that I've found so far.

You get a point for each mission completed in a war zone, for multi waypoint missions you get a point per waypoint, and you also get a point for 10 ships that you killed on those missions.

Pearl has a war zone gate just out of sight to the north west on the map.

Hi and welcome.
Talison WZ is the easiest of the 4.
Cerulean WZ, Sierra WZ and Arvoch Conflict is a bit harder.

In that specific order you've put them?
And in what way? More enemies in contracts? Or they have better ship? Or the AI is just smarter?
Thank you.

Talison conflict is the only war zone that has a few missions that pop up from time to time that are arguably not war missions. It is the only war zone that has rescue and search missions giving you a point towards your military advancement. From post: 128888, Topic: tid=8758, author=doublin wrote:In that specific order you've put them?

Another thing that makes Talison WZ easier is that other than spy missions, and protect missions, there are no capital ships.
The other war zones might have a capital ship and many fighters per waypoint.
You can still have some good battles, somehow just a few minuets ago I found myself alone on a 20 ship 5 way-point mission (not even AI to help). I goofed up a few times and had to go back for repairs twice, but still finished the mission. Another time I found myself heading to the next way-point with zero counter measures, I got hit twice and limped trough it but was able to survive (thankfully they did not hurt my weapons systems much, but my radar was shot)

Ok, got it.
In other words, if I wish to raise my military rank as fast as possible, Talison WZ it's the best place, true? Considering there's no capital ships that I must wait to be destroyed to complete the contract and, the search and rescue contracts which can be done in under 1 minute.
One more question,to which the answer should be "Yes", will make me remain in Talison WZ until I can get the Chimera
:
In all 4 WZs you get the same amount of rank points for successful contracts ?
And thank you all.

I would also add that doing military missions in multi-player helps you rank up quicker because:
it is a great way to reduce the difficulty for new players
with the other enemy ships occupied you can more than less just attack strait in (although some sideways drifting is still recommended)
you can get through missions quicker
taking harder missions is far less risky (helps when you get one point per way point)
everyone can kind of take turns going back to the station to get the next mission (or even have someone stay back to pick the next mission right away)
