Asteroids, comets etc.

simple question is there somewhere huge roids flying tru evochron universe hitting planets? and one more from what type of asteroids i can find caves, ive tried to find one couple days now and only found those asteroid clouds what you have to destroy in contracts. And what about stars itself cant fly to one either still trying and is there new solar systems created in nebulae or something? just some thinking, thanks!

Hi FinFoxx, welcome to the game.

At the moment there are no huge asteroids crashing into planets, but not too long ago the option of having a Distress Call type mission added that involved destroying an asteroid heading for a planet on a collision course. I believe it received a lot of support, so you never know, it might just be part of the upcoming expansion.
The asteroid caves can be found by looking at your map; they are represented by a yellow asteroid icon.
You can actually fly into the main star(s) of a system, but I don't recommend it. Your insurance company will not be too happy with your escapades lol.

well thank you sir! i sure will go and try to find one, btw does some planets or maybe Jupiter etc gas giants hold a massive gravitational pull that you cant escape, or the black holes, since ive never seen or eye witnessed one im curious?

Gas giants, like any planet, do exert gravitational force onto your ship. You can escape from it though if you hit the pedal. By the way, gas planets are what the name says - made up of gas. You can fly right through them and they might have some valuable resources too.
The game does have black holes. And the best part is, you can navigate them. It is however one of the bigger challenges of the game, and you will have to practice a lot before you get it right.

The Larger planets (gas one) have a solid core so beware but gravity can be overcome. The black holes are a killer though some have a wormhole near the center and can be used to get else where with lots of practice.
