Interpreting the navigator
What do you do when your navigator tells you "Containers located at heading 224 pitch 16" and similar
Sometimes we may feel like we\'re walking on eggshells with some people, but why worry? The eggshells are already broken.

Turn your ships heading to that heading and on the pitch ladder raise it to as close to 16 degrees as you can get and head in that direction. Watch for new blips on your radar screen (and in front of you) for signs of the containers. You can take what they have in them using your tracker beam.
(and you can keep going back for more so mark their location);)

Are the coordinates relative to your current heading, or according to the galactic grid? (Hope that makes sense)

They are from your current position so it is best to stop and change headings right away. From post: 136699, Topic: tid=9322, author=westernnomad wrote:Are the coordinates relative to your current heading, or according to the galactic grid? (Hope that makes sense)
If you can't find the containers you can jump out of that sector and when you jump back in your navigator will (or should) give you new directions.
