I prefer to run in a window on my 1080p desktop for my games, so I have access to stuff on the dektop (including the clock - so I dont end up with non-talky-wifey ).
1, I dont see an option in the video menu, is there a way to do it manually?
2, Are there plans to include this in future versions (I have no idea how complex this is for the Devs - but I guess if it was easy it would have been done already).
3, Slightly off my own topic - but is there a way to make the alt key for accessing things like autopilot sticky (or should I just use the f-keys)?

Hi Zplintz, welcome to the game and forum!.....Hope to see you out there some time!.....
1,2....In the Options Menu Choose one of the Windows Modes where you choose your screen resolutions setting in game and you can then toggle between Desktop and the Game using the Windows Start+D Keyboard Keys.
3. If you use the Alt+F Keys you should not have to keep holding the Alt Key down! Make sure you have your nose pointed to the Destination Waypoint Marker before engaging Auto Pilot. Do not use Alt+F2 for Auto pilot!

Nvm - I am sure I will cope (I'll leave my phone where I can see the time - or even set an alarm).
What is "WM" supposed to be if its not the game in a Window (runs the game at whatever the desktop is set to)?
I am sure there is a way. If i remember correctly you are not the first to ask for a windowed mode like that.
Now where was that? I forget how myself and i forget where i saw it.
edit: found it...

Carful with that one. the ALT key if held down when you jump
either through keys "F2" or jump from the HUD left mouse click, will send you off in a full length jump straight ahead.
Many people fail contracts and get lost because of the alt key being press with a jump at the same time.
Aaaah that explains the sudden death whilst jumping to log points that worked the time before then I guess
Thanks for the link - sounds like I may be able to get the game window to sit within my desktop (but not as yet be able to access it seamlessly) - it may allow me to see clock in RL and incoming mail.
I will try it out at the weekend.
