A parallel universe to Evochron

I'm now working on a scratch demonstrating the parallel universe based on my knowledge about EL. Here is the history:

In 2420 an outsider (which is, neither an Alliance nor a Federation citizen in Evochron), whose head was injured, was found wandering in Revoloch. He said that he came from Bellatrix, then he accidentally traveled through a black hole to Betelgeuse, neither of which is recorded in the official Alliance or Federation archives. According to his description, Betelgeuse was a "mysterious, distant, but extremely developed planet orbiting around a black hole hidden in a huge nebula". He couldn't remember the rest, even where his home system Bellatrix was, because of his head injury.

Federation soon launched several expedition projects, and more and more mercenaries are interested in hunting for the mysterious Bellatrix and Betelgeuse. However, none of the expeditions was successful as there are almost no clues. The outsider was then sent to a mental hospital.

A mercenary joined the hunt, hoping for finding the wealthy Betelgeuse system. While he was searching for clues, he ran into a beacon emitting strange signals in New Hope. He succeeded in decoding the signal, and followed the tracks. More beacons were discovered, and it was revealed that the beacons were secretly built by some Federation colonists 200 years ago. However, the final beacon around Phobos, the first moon of Mars, led the pilot to Lost Rucker instead.

While the pilot continued his investigation in Lost Rucker, he ran into a black hole near Novachron. The gate to an entirely unknown parallel universe, which was similar to the known Evochron Universe, was open to the pilot...

The parallel universe had its own jump gates, connecting different systems, and there are some secret one-way gates led to the Evochron Universe, such as the gates from Alcyone to Atlas, from Rucker Sinistra and Dextra to Rucker, from Fauston Nova to Fauston, from Procyon to Sirius and Alpha Centauri... Evidence showed that the original colonists came from Evochron, and some Alliance colonists followed the Federation adventurers and arrived in the new universe also. The residents in the new universe surely didn't want to be disturbed by the outsiders.

The pilot sketched a quadrant map about the all-new universe, and found the silent Bellatrix system. There, he discovered the black hole matching the description of what the outsider had told. Finally, he made it to the Betelgeuse system, and safely returned to Revoloch through the black hole in the nebula.

Why the beacon quests in EL doesn't appear in EM? Just curious:)
And I may try to add several named moons around Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus:)
Maybe this could be featured in the upcoming expansion pack for EM? Since I don't know how to modify the universe data file:D

A lot of new options (driven by new subroutines) were added to EM (such as the IMG Quest file and distress messages). Consequently, Vice deleted the EL quests to keep the game file from getting too large. Logic being that you can still do them in EL. (Personally, I'd like to have them back.) The universe file is compiled (coded) to keep players from sorting through it to find hidden items or modifying it to make it easier to do what Maars can do.
