Naw I got the Mammoth there and the Starmaster was darkend out and could not be gotten there,

I know that the "secret/hidden" planet in Pearl has them for sale, but honestly i find starmaster's too slow and not really any fun to fly so you might be better off sticking to a mammoth (personal opinion

)

Arvoch command in the arvoch warzone (off pearl) has all the civ frames available. If you really want a stuck pig, I guess I can't stop you

That proves that I do not know everything. I did say I think though! I never claimed to know everything but others seem to think so....this shows that relativity is relatively humble so it seems!.....

That just means that your civilian rating is not yet high enough to purchase the ship.
(or did the Starmaster come before the Mammoth? I'm confused now lol)

Yes, you are confused, not to worry happens to all of us.
The high end Civillian frames are only available at Certain places regardless of your reputation or civillian ranking.
So they will be blacked out if they are not available at a certain Station. And the Starmaster is the highest end frame of the Federation class ships.....

hello everyone:

I've had this game for about three weeks now so i'm a noob.
But i just wanted to say that you can buy a starmaster in the atlas system.That is ware I got mine.I did build a few things from the build constructor first before i was able to see it .
On a second note this game rocks!!!!!!!!!

Yep. I really all depends on how much the higher tech/economy systems have been developed by players.
USA server has lotsa highly developed systems where you will find stuff not expected to be available there.
