Problems with First IMG misson

Hey guys, I feel like total noob iv done misson before but i took the IMG one said i need to go into space to place a sat. Said to meet a ship so i fly up there check my map for a waypoint and i can't see one, so i jumped around the planet abit not had much luck. Any clues what have i done worng ?

The waypoint should be there. Are you sure you actually accepted the contract? And is it possible you accidentally set a waypoint manually? This would remove the mission one.

Hi Rega, welcome to the game and forum...Hope to see you out there some time!....

Like Viper said make sure you accepted the contract and there should be a ship near the waypoint with a green box underneath it to place the Satelite in!...

Ah my bad sorted that one out got a bit stuck again missing I'm on now says to mine 25 units of diemonds one problem is I only found I can upgrade my cargo up to 5 units. Do i need to go off do some free missions to be able to get an even better hold. Also thanks for the welcome you guys have been great :-)

Each cargo pod has a capacity of 25 items. So you should be able to complete that contract with only one cargo pod. If you can have 5 'units', it's more like you can mount 5 cargo pods, which would equal a total capacity of 125 items. But you only need 1 to complete the contract you're doing.
