Clan Stations
Ok so me and my bro are playing on a LAN server. We figured out how to be in a clan by doing [AVL] Ruges. And from what I can tell when building a station to make it so it is for the clan I put [AVL] Station Name. And I get a licence to the station. However my clan mates are not recieving the licence. What needs to happen for this besides them paying for one which costs allot?

That is how the game is set up. Only the builder gets the License. If you yourself use a different profile other than the one you used when you built the station even if they are named the same, that profile won't have the license either.

Ok so I had my clan mate buy a licence at the station. And he was just sitting there a rebel showed up and was still able to shoot him threw the shield. I thought the licence would protect him.

it does some but not always and not well. If you are going to stay at a station then dock and then use the enter station option. That takes you inside and safety.

Yea it just seems weired that I can be inside the station shield and the enemy cannot or will not attack me. but my friend gets attacked. I know about the enterstation now thanks.
More questions on stations. I have been searching all over the net for the info but cannot seem to find it. I see that since we put up a clan station I am now geting paid system payment cycles. I asume this is from having 100 percent control of the system. However I see that I am getting paid about 26,000 and my friend is geting 18,000 per cycle. Why would we not get even pay? And how is the pay decided? I did notice that as we place more stations in the system we are geting paid more. Is there a chart somwhere showing the increase for each station?
Reguarding tech level of stuff avail in the station. I see that adding in research stations to a system increases the level availible. Is there a chart for how many research stations are needed to increase to what tech level?
Same question goes for ore processors. how many are needed to offer everything?
And finaly energy stations. It says Energy stations help support the local energy and navy factions by producing critical energy related items such as power cells, batteries, solar arrays, and direct capital ship refueling. By how much? And what is the advantage to helping these factions? Will they be better equiped? will there be more of them? will this mean there are less rebel and less guild ships in the system?
And while these next questions are geting away from stations I think they are still somwhat involved in what I am asking about. Looking at the navigation console I see a chart for economy going from red to green. Does this map change? will building more stations in a system increase its economic standing on this chart? will building more stations increase the systems economy but not show up on the map? And if it does affect it, will this affect surrounding systems?
Looking at the territory map, does this map change? For instance if I support the alliance by building more energy stations in a system? For instance if I built more energy stations in Saphire and killed the rebels in saphire would they evenualy control more territory in Lambda?

Yes, this is by having a high percentage of clan control in the area (doesn't actually need to be a full 100%). The reason you are getting more than your friend is because of your rank. Open the inventory and check your news screen, and look at your civilian rank. The money you get from contracts and territory control increases as you gain rank. From post: 125944, Topic: tid=8536, author=Ruges wrote: More questions on stations. As for your other questions, they are ones I would like to know the answer to as well. The station building system seems cool, but I'm wondering just how much it actually influences the local economy and the AI ships, and what exactly needs to be done to ensure that the stations are profitable and offer a wide variety of goods.
