Story help (spoilers inside!)

ATTENTION! I'm not putting this in a spoiler tag. Do not read this post if you do not want to read spoilers!

I just finished the first escort quest, and was made aware of the wreck on the planet with the missile stash. My question is, how do I go about collecting said missiles? I flew there, entered the atmosphere, went down to the wrech and...? How do I collect the missles?

Also have empty missile slots and/or empty cargo bays to hold them.

As said by the others above also be within 50-100 range of the container which is sometimes hard to do on a wreck containing a container on a Planets surface!....

What do I used the beam on? There are no containers present that I can see, and trying to use my beam on the wreck counts as atmosphere; it tries to cap oxygen.

EDIT: Containers are always boxed in white, right?

EDIT 2: Got it. The containers are not visible in the main view area. The only indicator is the purple dot in the radar; I had to use my beam on the purple dot (not easy), and found the missiles. Thanks, guys.

Yeah their isn't a white box around the container, but you can see it visually if you are close enough. It's a container inside the ship.
