Solo, My first station

So i'm playing around solo. I got enough money and found myself a deploy and build constructor. Found a nice place and decided to start building. so I was having fun with it wanting to have a close cluster of buildings So I placed a Research Station ontop of a constructor. The problem being it is to close.

I can't seem to find a safe file similar to Server to clear it. So is the only way to clear it to get a station detonator? As I have no clue where to get one

I think you can scuttle the research station. Fly close enough and click on scuttle and the research station should be destroyed and then rebuilt it where you want!....

Scuttle only works on Deployed item not build items I believe so you can scuttle something and another pilot can't use it. The game auto scuttles most deployed items when you leave the sector or system I can't remember which.

Well the Resarch station from the build menu isn't a deployable so it brings me right back to my orginal question in my first post

Thetiebers is right, I did not remmember when posting if the research station was a deployed or built item...had a yoda moment and now remmember that a Research station is a Built item so you will need a Station Detonator!
And yes deployed items will be scuttled once you leave the sector!...

Players don't have access to those files to prevent fraud. If you would like, I can destroy it for you (for free even)(lol) if you tell me the server,system,and exact coordinates. Or you can find detonators in Riftspace and I seem to remember them being on the hidden planet in Peal also (follow the quest).

Another rumor is that the Reavers have managed to build up quite an empire in Merak and Aries, and some of their bases are said to sell station detonators.
