Evochron On Steam = Ton Load Of New Players

Tacking on my hello as I'm apart of those that never heard of this game and just found it because of Steam. I LOVE this sort of game, recently been playing a bunch of X3 and used to play Freespace. Now I hear this has multiplayer... sold. Already got another friend of mine to buy it and we're planning on playing together.

MrJake, you can see the players online, in-game, by pushing the tilde key or scroll lock.

TY cindy. I just saw that in my game folder i had a picture of the keymap lol My god thats alot of keys. I need to print that out

Try to map them all to an Saitek X52 Joystick and remmember the next day what each button on your joystick does!...LOL..

Throwing my greeting out to you fellow space sim junkies from a Steam pilgrim. I've been playing them since Wing Commander/Tie Fighter, so I've been around the block. Funny... every once in a while I'd do a search for a good space sim, and somehow, I always missed this one - but no more.

I look forward to flying with all of you. Thank you for the welcoming community and the readily available help (see: hint book). Looks like it's gonna be a good time.

Good to see another veteran of wing commander and tie fighter, those were my introduction to space combat games that are instant classics. Hope to see you in multiplayer Bishop!:)

Welcome to the game and community Bishop. You will not regret buying the game at all, it's by many people considered to be one of the best ones made. But we're looking forward to reading your own experiences.

Hello Everyone.

I am shocked that I didn't know about these games until they hit Steam. That first dive into the soupy atmosphere of an unknown world fairly brought a tear to the eye of this old Elite junky.

What a brilliant achievement by Mr. Vice!

Wow, Finally on Steam too bad I bought it sooo long ago as I prefer having my games on Steam. Anywhoo Congrats Vice for the Steam win, feel kind of bad as my lil secret is out of the bag now. The Romulan has many more victims now.
