[DL] dark legion

only rule is to not blow up random noobs. other then that welcome to all and meet up in atlas on nc-usa server.
also please add nescron2 on steam and post here so i can keep tabs.

seeing as how the dl has become a stable leading force among teh usa-nc server im going to make this more official. startign with a revamp to the intro page.
