Saphire to Thuban jump gate

is there a jump gate from Saphire to Thuban?

i know i am entering federation space but i am a civilian miner/trader (unless there is a war or there simply isnt a jump gate)

if there is no jump gate how do i get into federation space?

There is a connector gate, don't know the exact coordinates, I do know its in the southern region of the map. Right click on one of the planets on the southern quadrant and it should zoom in with a purple blip for the thuban jump gate.

The gate you're looking for is very close to the bottom left of the big white planet on the bottom left of your map. Like sundalo, said, right click on the planet and you will see it. This is one gate you need to zoom into in order to see it - it's too close to the planet to show up on the normal map.

Lol forgot to mention that Thuban is a hostile system, very chaotic, one of the many lawless systems that needs to be kept in check. You can run the blockade and evade the reds, just keep your distance and jump.

Once you get thru the gate, floor it until you are a ways from the station. Any delay in that area will get you attack in 30 secs or far less. On your Nav map due east about 2 sectors you will find the gate to Pices. Be prepared to right click on it and jump. Pices is much less hostile.
