where to buy a build constructor for cheap

i am working my way up to enough credits to buy a build constructor, but the only one i can find is over 2 million credits, i am currently in the system off of cerulean (i forgot the name, talon?, the one with only one jumgate in and out)

where can i get a cheap build constructor?

also, if anyone knows, whats the best set up for station, I.E. where to set them up and what cimbination?

A think that you are in Atlas (unless you are in the cer warzone)

2 mill sounds a bit expensive, though nowhere is dead cheap for this one. If you are struggling to pay for it you will struggle to use it - building stations costs quite a lot after you've bought the constructor. What do you want to use it for?

I dont know where to find them cheap but i do know that if you manage to get a bit of anti-matter you can go to cerulean where there is a constructor that will allow you to turn that anti-matter into a fuel converter which sells in atlas (the system your currently in) for almost two million, you should have both constructors in no time.

well i was going to try to use the trade station as a steady income to then move into hiring other ships or use the money from that to upgrade my current ship TO THE EXTREME of mining/trading

I am in Iota Station and the Deploy Constructor is 1.4mil and Build Constructor is 1.6mil. This is as cheap as I have seen so far.

Sorry to disappoint you but building a trade station doesn't give you an income from that station.
You do get a station License there though.

When you find a star system with planets somewhere in uncharted space, you might want to build a trade St there for equipment, fuel and taking contracts.

Places in some systems ( like pearl ) make really good spots for trading.
Building there will give you the station license so you will have a good price discount and no docking fees as well as a place to buy equipment from to sell to other stations where you don't have a Station license.
Building a research Station in a sector where you are planing to sell to is a good idea as it raises prices as well as raising teck level.

It wont be long until money is no problem.

You can get a steady income.

You need to put a clan tag on [clan] and do contracts in a system.
When you have more than 70% you get paid 101000/cycle and system you control
as long as it's above 70%.

You build stations in system with clan tag in the station name [clan] StationName to decrease
the % drop while clan is offline. Once any clan member is online, the decrease stops.
All online clan members get paid with this cycle!

Have a look at the Blog of a DeepSpace Explorer (Part 3) in the FanFic threads - there's a short quest to a safe system that lets you mine, convert your ores (if you want) trade, find (lucrative) containers of salealbe goodies in a safe environment

You can also buy a build and a deploy constructor there

thanks guys for replying, i am now sitting on 1.6 million credits just from mining asteroids so that will do for now (might even write a fan fic about it)

The first thing I bought as an upgrade when I was mining was a decent coffee machine and a hammock to set up in the back of the cockpit!:D
