Military Frames?

Are they available anywhere to mercenaries?

No Just in war zones on Military Carriers as far as I know. The level of ship you can get depends on your military rank.

No. You have to do contracts in one of the 4 warzones to increase your military rank. Once you go up in rank the military frames will become available to you. The higher your rank the more advanced military ships you will have acces to. And they are only available at the Military Carriers.

Not all carriers are in war zones. But all war zones have carriers. Therefore, if you find a carrier, you either are or are not in a war zone. Likewise, if you're not in a war zone, then that thing you see floating in space either is or is not a carrier. Naturally, if you're a carrier, you should cover your mouth when you sneeze.
